TBDEZIGN Print operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). TBDEZIGN Print is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these “Terms of Service” or “Terms”) describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights and cover areas such as warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability.

Custom, personalized, or made-to-order products (including but not limited to signs, banners, business cards, apparel, and printed marketing materials) are produced based on customer-submitted content or customer-approved proofs. As a result:

Minor variations in color, size, alignment, or finish may occur
Screen previews are for reference only and are not exact representations of printed output

We do not warrant that any product will meet subjective expectations or appear exactly as displayed online.

All product descriptions and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue or limit products at our discretion.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS AND PROOF APPROVAL

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. TBDEZIGN Print reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its discretion. Orders are not accepted until payment has been received and processed.

Proof Approval Responsibility
If a proof is provided, it is the customer’s responsibility to review and approve all details, including spelling, layout, sizing, colors, bleeds, and overall accuracy. Approval constitutes acceptance of the final design. TBDEZIGN Print is not responsible for errors approved by the customer.

Once an order has been approved and sent to production, it cannot be canceled or modified.

All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy

You represent and warrant that purchases are for personal or business use only and not for resale unless expressly authorized.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, promotions, and availability are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping, or handling unless stated otherwise.

You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all purchases, including applicable fees and taxes.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. TBDEZIGN Print is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, weather, customs, or other events beyond our control.

Once products are transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Services, including text, graphics, logos, images, and layout, is owned by TBDEZIGN Print or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws.

Customer-submitted designs, logos, and artwork remain the property of their respective owners. By submitting content, you represent that you have the legal right to use, reproduce, and print such materials and grant TBDEZIGN Print a limited license to reproduce them solely for order fulfillment.

You agree to indemnify TBDEZIGN Print against any claims arising from unauthorized or infringing content you submit.

SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may provide access to third-party tools “as is” and “as available” without warranties. Use of such tools is at your own risk.

SECTION 8 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS

We are not responsible for third-party websites, content, or transactions. Access is at your own risk.

SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

TBDEZIGN Print is powered by Shopify. All sales are made directly with TBDEZIGN Print. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions between you and TBDEZIGN Print.

SECTION 10 – PRIVACY POLICY

All personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s Privacy Policy.

SECTION 11 – FEEDBACK

Any feedback submitted may be used by TBDEZIGN Print without compensation or obligation.

We reserve the right to correct errors and cancel orders affected by inaccuracies.
