Most orders ship via FedEx or UPS. Methods may vary by product, destination, or delivery needs.

Orders placed before 11 AM EST typically begin production the same business day. Orders after that time begin the next business day.
Production begins after proof approval. Proofs are typically provided within 24 hours (1 business day).

If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos showing the issue
- A brief description of the problem
Once reviewed and verified, we'll arrange a free reprint and shipment.
- Reprints are available only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or misprinted.
- Reprints are not available for customer-provided errors — typos, incorrect details, wrong size selections, or approved artwork.
- In some cases we may offer a discounted reprint as a one-time courtesy. Reviewed case by case, not guaranteed.
- Carrier delays are outside our control, but we're always happy to help track your order.
