Returns & Reprints

Because all products are custom printed, returns and exchanges are not accepted.

However, your satisfaction is very important to us.

If there’s an issue with your order

If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos showing the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

Once reviewed and verified, we’ll take care of arranging a free reprint and shipment.

Important Notes

  • Reprints are available only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or misprinted.

  • Reprints or refunds are not available for customer-provided errors, including typos, incorrect details, wrong size selections, or artwork approved for production.
    (In some cases, we may be able to offer a discounted reprint as a one-time courtesy. These requests are reviewed case by case, may require supporting information, and are not guaranteed.)

  • Carrier delays are outside of our control, but we’re always happy to help track your order if needed.
